What happened: Raoni Barcelos says he still has no official diagnosis almost three weeks after his body shut down during the UFC Vegas 121 main event against Raul Rosas Jr. on Sept. 26. He went unconscious at the APEX and was transported to a Level 1 trauma center, and says he awoke in an ambulance with no memory of the collapse.

Why it matters: Barcelos was ahead on the scorecards against a much younger opponent when the bout ended, raising the stakes of any clearance decision. His family was flown from Rio de Janeiro to Las Vegas, where he undergoes daily physical therapy and neurological testing while doctors determine whether he can fight again.

What to watch: Barcelos awaits results from a Monday MRI in Las Vegas. Those results will determine whether he resumes his career or steps away.
