What happened: Philadelphia held Saquon Barkley out of practice Wednesday ahead of Sunday's London game against Jacksonville. Baltimore lists Lamar Jackson with an ankle sprain ahead of Sunday night against Atlanta, with Tyler Huntley as the next quarterback.

Why it matters: Philadelphia is down to Will Shipley and Dameon Pierce with Tank Bigsby on injured reserve. Week 5 byes leave fewer replacement options for fantasy lineups.

What to watch: Watch Wednesday and Thursday practice participation for clearance signs ahead of Sunday kickoffs.
