TUF 34’s Delphine Benouaich grew up fighting brothers long before pursuing UFC dream: ‘I began when I was born’ https:// Via @MMAFighting on X

What happened: The French strawweight grew up fighting three brothers in Évry and said she began fighting “when I was born.” That early competition eventually led her to Season 34's 115-pound field.

Why it matters: The elimination tournament offers a direct route toward a six-figure UFC contract. Season 34 is the competition's first installment carried exclusively by Paramount+.

By the numbers: Benouaich is 7-2 as a professional, with four knockouts, one submission and two decision wins.

What to watch: Her semifinal will determine whether she reaches the season's strawweight final.
