Germie Bernard, Max Iheanachor, and Kaden Wetjen spoke to the media. @Ticketmaster https://t.co/G83AvWNVNw Via @steelers on X

What happened: Bernard and Wetjen are receivers, while Iheanachor is an offensive tackle. The preseason finale ended in a 28-27 loss.

Why it matters: Contributions on offense and special teams give the rookie group multiple paths to early snaps. Iheanachor's blocking work adds a separate evaluation point up front.

By the numbers: Bernard caught four passes for 51 yards in the opener. Wetjen turned two catches into 79 yards and a 5-yard touchdown in that game, then returned a punt 45 yards for a score in the finale.

What to watch: Final roster placement and early depth-chart roles come next.
