What happened: Juan Brito, Luis Mey, Héctor Rodríguez and Carlos Jorge spent the morning with kids at Fiesta Rojos. The visit was part of the club's Hispanic Heritage Month programming.

Why it matters: Cincinnati leads the series 2-0 entering Saturday's scheduled game, putting the academy stop on the same day as live team business. The event also keeps Hispanic Heritage Month visible in the club's youth outreach work.

What to watch: The Reds return to scheduled play Saturday with the series at 2-0. First pitch will turn attention back to the field.
