What happened: Bryce Oliver and Wes Pahl were released in the corresponding moves. Tucker joins five days after the Chargers cut him from their practice squad.

Why it matters: Cleveland keeps its receiver depth level by replacing Oliver with Means. Releasing Pahl for Tucker shifts the second spot from special teams to the pass rush.

What to watch: Watch for game-day elevations involving Means or Tucker and new destinations for Oliver or Pahl.
