What happened: Cleveland elected to defer after the pregame coin toss, sending the Baltimore Ravens offense onto the field to open the matchup. Baltimore currently leads Cleveland 10-0 with the game in progress.

Why it matters: Deferring the opening kickoff gives the Browns possession to start play after halftime as they look to cut into the Ravens' early cushion.

What to watch: Play continues in Cleveland as the Browns attempt to get on the board.
