What happened: The Cleveland Browns are back in the Thursday night window, putting the club on the NFL's standalone stage.

Why it matters: That slot shrinks the turnaround between games and makes final practice reports and inactive decisions more important than usual. It also concentrates attention on Cleveland before the rest of the weekend schedule begins.

What to watch: Watch for the final status report and any late roster moves as kickoff approaches.
