What happened: Head coach Spencer Carbery addressed practice logistics with three goaltenders sharing the net while evaluating the early chemistry between defensemen Cole Hutson and Jack St. Ivany. The pairing has developed quickly, with St. Ivany taking on a steadying role alongside Hutson during recent sessions.

Why it matters: Managing three netminders requires balancing repetitions and maintaining sharpness without disrupting daily workflow. Establishing stable defensive combinations remains critical ahead of matchups against two of the league's stingiest defensive teams.

What to watch: The club continues its preparation ahead of its first test against top defensive competition later this week.
