What happened: Miami (29.8%) and Denver (30.3%) round out the five NFL offenses converting fewer than 31% of their possessions into points this season, per PFF. Los Angeles has also posted -98 Total EPA on offense through six weeks, the sixth-lowest mark by any team at that stage of a season since 2016.

Why it matters: Persistent drive stalls have compounded early-season struggles for Tennessee's offense and an 0-5 Miami club facing roster decisions ahead of the Nov. 10 trade cutoff. Scoring on roughly a quarter of possessions forces defenses to absorb heavier snap volume and shrinks the margin for error in close games.

By the numbers: Lowest 2026 NFL scoring-drive percentages (PFF): Los Angeles Chargers 25.4%, Tennessee Titans 28.1%, Philadelphia Eagles 28.1%, Miami Dolphins 29.8%, Denver Broncos 30.3%. Chargers Total EPA through Week 6: -98 (6th-lowest since 2016).

What to watch: All five teams continue 2026 regular-season play looking to address offensive efficiency and roster depth before the Nov. 10 NFL trade deadline.
