What happened: Collin Sexton, who joined the Lakers contingent at Vegas Summer League, is available to make his season debut in Friday's scheduled game against the LA Clippers, per Jovan Buha. Adou Thiero and Cameron Carr remain out, while Jake LaRavia is listed as questionable due to a right ankle sprain.

Why it matters: Sexton's availability gives the Los Angeles Lakers an active backcourt option entering the intracity matchup with the Clippers. LaRavia's questionable tag leaves rotation depth uncertain ahead of tipoff alongside the continued absences of Thiero and Carr.

What to watch: The Lakers will finalize LaRavia's active status ahead of Friday's scheduled game against the Clippers.
