What happened: On The Dan Le Batard Show, Dan Le Batard and his co-hosts broke down the Miami Dolphins' victory over the New York Jets, crediting Malik Willis and a physical offensive line for controlling the ground game. Dan Le Batard said Miami showed encouraging signs out of its bye week by claiming its first lead of the season and sealing the outcome with a fourth-and-1 conversion near midfield.

Why it matters: Dan Le Batard and his co-hosts contrasted Miami's aggressive fourth-down call with the Jets' struggles in short-yardage situations after New York settled for a goal-line field goal earlier in the contest. The hosts also criticized New York for going into halftime with all three timeouts unused after Miami took possession with nine minutes left in the second quarter.

What to watch: Dan Le Batard and his co-hosts said they will watch whether Miami's offensive line investment and quarterback play continue to develop while keeping the Dolphins in contention for the top draft pick with only one or two wins.
