What happened: Miami has allowed 76.6% completions through five games. Tennessee has allowed 74.0% and Dallas 72.1% over the same span.

Why it matters: Detroit posted 72.7% allowed in 2016 and Tampa Bay posted 72.5% in 2018. Both full-season marks now trail the current Miami and Tennessee paces.

By the numbers: Miami 76.6% allowed; Tennessee 74.0%; Dallas 72.1%; Detroit 2016 72.7%; Tampa Bay 2018 72.5%. Final: Houston 26, Tennessee 3.

What to watch: Miami, Tennessee and Dallas get extended slates to bring the rate down before midseason.
