NOTHING EASY 🚨 DPOY Angel Reese rises up to swat the shot! GSV-ATL | NBC | Peacock | #WNBASeason30 | #2026WNBAFinals T Via @WNBA on X

What happened: Angel Reese, who scored the opening basket in her WNBA Finals debut, recorded a blocked shot during Saturday's Game 4 matchup between GSV and ATL. The postseason contest tipped off at 1 p.m. ET on NBC and Peacock as part of WNBA Season 30.

Why it matters: The interior stop underscores the rim protection that secured Reese the 2026 Defensive Player of the Year award six months after her midseason trade. ATL entered the afternoon looking to hold serve at home in its first Finals appearance since 2013, while GSV sought a road victory to even the series.

By the numbers: Reese entered Game 4 averaging 21.7 points and 13.3 rebounds per game after posting a 21-point, 12-rebound double-double in Game 3.

What to watch: Game 4 continues Saturday afternoon on NBC and Peacock as the best-of-seven championship series progresses.
