Injury Update: DT Jordan Davis (ankle) is out. Via @Eagles on X

What happened: Davis walked gingerly into the medical tent with assistance before moving slowly to the locker room. Staff members helped the defensive tackle off the field as he struggled to put weight on his ankle.

Why it matters: His departure leaves a void in the middle of the defensive front for an Eagles team already weighing defensive roster priorities amid recent trade buzz around veterans Landon Dickerson and Saquon Barkley. Selected 13th overall out of Georgia in the 2022 NFL Draft, Davis appeared in all 17 games for Philadelphia in 2025 and posted 72 tackles with 4.5 sacks, per ESPN as of Sept. 29, 2026.

What to watch: Philadelphia will rely on its remaining interior defensive rotation for the rest of Sunday's game, with postgame updates expected from the coaching staff.
