What happened: Formula 1 set a 24-hour deadline for participants to lock their fantasy lineups ahead of the São Paulo Grand Prix qualifying session. The cutoff also marks the final window to join the official prize competition hosted by Williams. Lineups and league rosters will lock once qualifying begins at Autodromo Jose Carlos Pace.

Why it matters: The fantasy deadline precedes the on-track session that establishes the starting grid for Sunday's Grand Prix. Qualifying results at Interlagos will determine track position and set the foundation for weekend points scoring.

What to watch: Qualifying at Autodromo Jose Carlos Pace is scheduled for Saturday. The São Paulo Grand Prix takes place following the completion of preliminary track sessions.
