Aukerman says "no concerns" with Folk. #Falcons

What happened: Atlanta Falcons special teams coordinator Craig Aukerman backed kicker Nick Folk, saying the staff has no concerns. Head coach Kevin Stefanski previously backed Nick Folk after two misses.

Why it matters: Atlanta dropped its opener 20-13 to Pittsburgh, a one-score margin where kicking looms large. Continued public backing from both coaches signals Folk retains the job entering Week 3 preparations.

By the numbers: Nick Folk — 2 missed field goals in Week 1; Atlanta — 20-13 loss to Pittsburgh in Week 1.

What to watch: Atlanta continues Week 3 preparations with Folk in place.
