What happened: Atlanta is adding Snowden to its 53-man roster from Washington's practice squad. He spent the last three seasons with the Raiders before joining Washington this year.

Why it matters: The addition gives Atlanta another edge option on the active roster. Poaching a practice-squad player requires carrying him on the 53-man roster. Washington loses a developmental edge from its practice squad.

What to watch: Watch for Atlanta's corresponding roster move and Snowden's role in the edge rotation.
