What happened: Barcelona midfielder Gavi addressed his heated exchange with Real Madrid's Vinicius Jr during the weekend's title-clinching El Clasico. Gavi confirmed he told the Brazilian to "shut up" after Vinicius referenced Madrid's 15 Champions League trophies during the match.

Why it matters: The clash underscores the high intensity of a Clasico that saw Barcelona crowned La Liga champions following a win fueled by a Marcus Rashford free-kick. Gavi praised Vinicius as a "fantastic player" and noted that their "fiery" on-pitch personalities are strictly part of the competitive nature of the sport.

What to watch: Barcelona begins title celebrations as the league enters its final weeks, while Real Madrid regroups for its remaining European fixtures.
