What happened: More than a dozen Hallmark actors, including cast members from Holiday Touchdown: A Bears Love Story, visited a Chicago firehouse to support first responders mourning a fallen colleague. The firehouse visit took place ahead of Tuesday's red carpet premiere in Lake Forest, Illinois.

Why it matters: The outreach connects the Chicago Bears' off-field partnership with Hallmark Channel to local first responders during a period of grief for the department. The film is part of Hallmark's 2026 Countdown to Christmas kickoff campaign.

What to watch: Holiday Touchdown: A Bears Love Story makes its television debut Saturday at 7 p.m. on the Hallmark Channel.
