What happened: Mouhamed Gueye remains sidelined with a left foot fracture and Henri Veesaar is out with a torn right ACL for Friday's game in Charlotte. Both players were also ruled out for the trip to Orlando after sitting out the Oct. 12 preseason finale against Oklahoma City.

Why it matters: Atlanta enters Friday's road contest at 1-0 following Wednesday's 132-125 regular-season opening win over the Magic. With no other players listed on Thursday's health update, the Hawks carry the rest of their active rotation into Charlotte.

What to watch: Atlanta tips off at Charlotte on Friday with the same active lineup from opening night.
