What happened: Veteran MMA reporter Ariel Helwani posted a clip framed as an 'official mog off' alongside fitness personality Mike O'Hearn. The post coincides with Helwani's live Tuesday program in Los Angeles, where O'Hearn is among the listed guests alongside Nate Diaz, Travis Barker, Nakisa Bidarian and Chris Avila.

Why it matters: The clip is promotional color around Helwani's show rather than a competitive event, but it underscores the crossover between MMA media and broader fitness and celebrity audiences. Guest bookings like Diaz, Barker and Avila signal continued attention on the Netflix MMA card storylines being discussed on the program.

What to watch: Watch Helwani's Tuesday LA broadcast for the full segment with O'Hearn and the announced guest lineup, including any further discussion of the upcoming Netflix MMA card.
