What happened: The Charlotte Hornets have officially finalized a contract with PJ Hall. The agreement was completed on Monday amid the franchise's offseason activities.

Why it matters: Formalizing the paperwork ensures the prospect remains an active part of the organization's developmental plans heading into the 2026-27 season. He is currently sidelined from Summer League game action due to an injury, though he continues to travel with the team.

By the numbers: Hall operates under a two-way contract structure that carries a $680,985 salary for the upcoming campaign. The current terms position him to enter restricted free agency at the conclusion of the year.

What to watch: The prospect will focus on the rehabilitation process to prepare for the start of training camp this fall.
