What happened: Jacoby Brissett's arrival provides the Baltimore Ravens with a credible passing dimension as the team reshapes its offense. The addition gives Baltimore an experienced signal-caller capable of executing the scheme through the air.

Why it matters: Baltimore faces immediate offensive pressure with Lamar Jackson sidelined by a thumb injury. While Brissett will not play Thursday, his addition gives Baltimore a proven passer to keep the team competitive in the playoff race.

What to watch: The Baltimore Ravens host the Jacksonville Jaguars on Thursday, Nov. 5, with kickoff scheduled for 8:15 PM ET.
