A player health update presented by @emoryhealthcare for tomorrow’s game vs. Miami: Jock Landale (nasal fracture): Avai Via @ATLHawks on X

What happened: Jock Landale continues to play through a nasal fracture and carries an available designation for Wednesday's matchup against Miami. Aaron Wiggins is listed as questionable with a left knee contusion, while Mouhamed Gueye (left foot fracture) and Henri Veesaar (torn right ACL) are both ruled out.

Why it matters: Keeping Landale in the rotation preserves interior depth for an Atlanta squad looking to rebound from Monday's 120-110 loss at Houston. The frontcourt is already depleted after Gueye underwent surgery Tuesday to repair a fractured left foot suffered during a workout last week and Veesaar was ruled out for the 2026-27 season on Monday.

By the numbers: Atlanta sits at 2-2 entering Wednesday's contest following the 120-110 defeat in Houston. Landale, who turned 31 on Sunday and plays on a one-year, $14 million deal, has stayed in the lineup since first receiving medical clearance for his nasal fracture on Saturday.

What to watch: Atlanta will determine Wiggins' final availability closer to Wednesday's tipoff against Miami.
