What happened: Former third baseman and 2015 American League MVP Josh Donaldson joined MLB Network's MLB Central in the Skybox to evaluate William Contreras at the plate. Donaldson also outlined his core hitting philosophies and offered advice for young hitters.

Why it matters: Contreras has been a focal point of October offense after homering twice during the NLDS, including a fourth-inning solo shot at Petco Park. His postseason production sits at the center of MLB Network's studio breakdown as the playoffs advance.

What to watch: Contreras continues his postseason run while MLB Central airs daily studio breakdowns throughout the October schedule.
