What happened: The LA Clippers have signed and waived forward DeAndre Williams, per Law Murray. Williams spent last season playing in the G League with the Delaware Blue Coats, the affiliate of the Philadelphia 76ers.

Why it matters: The transaction positions Williams to join the Clippers' G League program in San Diego for the 2026-27 campaign. Los Angeles continues to cycle players through camp transactions to stock its developmental roster after signing and waiving Jason Preston and Hunter Sallis earlier this preseason.

What to watch: Williams is expected to report to San Diego as G League training camp approaches ahead of the 2026-27 season.
