What happened: Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson increased his Thursday practice workload while remaining listed as a limited participant with an ankle injury. Baltimore safety Jaylinn Hawkins was downgraded to a non-participant Thursday with a knee injury after practicing on a limited basis Wednesday, and linebacker Tavius Robinson remained out with a pectoral injury. For the Cincinnati Bengals, defensive tackles Jonathan Allen and B.J. Hill both took Thursday veteran rest days alongside Dugger's return to full participation from a quad injury.

Why it matters: Jackson has missed two and a half games since Oct. 4, making his progression through this week's sessions pivotal for Baltimore's offense in Sunday's AFC North matchup against Cincinnati. Dugger is trending toward his first game action since Week 3, while Hawkins' midweek downgrade clouds Baltimore's safety depth entering the division contest.

By the numbers: Per ESPN (as of Sept. 29, 2026), in 2025 Hawkins recorded 71 tackles, 1.5 sacks, and 4 interceptions across 15 games, while Dugger totaled 59 tackles, 1 sack, and 2 interceptions in 16 games. On the interior defensive line in 2025, Allen logged 68 tackles and 3.5 sacks over 17 games, and Hill posted 66 tackles with 4 sacks in 17 games for the Bengals.

What to watch: The Ravens and Bengals will issue their final Week 7 injury designations Friday ahead of Sunday's division game.
