What happened: The Rams head east for Week 4 after a 30-26 loss to Denver, with Trent McDuffie emerging as one of Los Angeles' most important early-season additions after the trade and extension that brought him in. Philadelphia comes in at 2-1, setting up a matchup between Matthew Stafford and Jalen Hurts with Puka Nacua listed questionable and Landon Dickerson on injured reserve.

Why it matters: Los Angeles is trying to climb back to .500, and McDuffie's play matters even more while the front waits for consistent pressure. The Rams have already seen McDuffie deliver his first interception with the club, giving the secondary a needed edge against an Eagles offense built around Hurts, Saquon Barkley and Devonta Smith.

By the numbers: Rams enter Week 4 at 1-2; Eagles are 2-1. Philadelphia's offensive line has allowed eight sacks in three games, while Aaron Donald, Kobie Turner and Braden Fiske have combined for 0 sacks; Jalen Carter, Jordan Davis and Jonathan Greenard have combined for 1. Coleman Shelton carries a 73.3 Pro Football Focus grade through three weeks.

What to watch: Week 4 will show whether the Rams can turn secondary play into a road win and whether Nacua can give Stafford a fuller receiving group. It also offers another check on whether Philadelphia's protection issues hold against a defense still waiting for its pass rush to show up.
