What happened: Lindsey Thiry noted the setback compounds a string of recent issues for a Los Angeles Rams roster set for consecutive home weeks. McDuffie's absence from Wednesday's session puts his availability in doubt ahead of the matchup against Las Vegas.

Why it matters: A shorthanded secondary complicates the defensive game plan as Los Angeles tries to halt a two-game skid from the 14th seed in the standings. Las Vegas enters in the 10th spot looking to snap a three-game losing streak of its own.

By the numbers: Los Angeles holds a 2-4 record after an 18-16 defeat on October 18, while Las Vegas sits at 3-3 following a 33-30 loss on the same date.

What to watch: Friday's final injury designations and pregame inactive lists will confirm whether McDuffie suits up against the Raiders.
