What happened: After Woods requested the candy during halftime, Vrabel began carrying a stash on the sideline and praised the SMU product's scrappy edge, saying he has "a little street rat in him." The sideline note arrives days after Woods snagged a leaping interception on Oct. 18.

Why it matters: Woods has carved out a larger defensive role this autumn after logging expanded snap counts in a 20-3 win over the Steelers in September. With New England ruling out three cornerbacks alongside starting guards Vera-Tucker and Brown, available perimeter depth carries extra weight.

What to watch: New England plays at Chicago on Thursday night to wrap up its Week 7 trip.
