What happened: CBS Sports paired San Francisco with Sweat as an edge-rush option. He logged 30 tackles with Arizona in 2025 after entering as Philadelphia's 130th pick in 2018.

Why it matters: San Francisco is shopping the edge market ahead of the deadline. Arizona previously told teams a Sweat move was not planned.

By the numbers: Sweat in 2025 with Arizona: 17 games, 30 tackles, 12 sacks.

What to watch: Deadline moves will show if Arizona reconsiders or San Francisco pivots elsewhere.
