What happened: Portland beat Denver 108-101 in NBA Summer League play. Denver's No. 35 pick Trevon Brazile finished with 19 points, 8 rebounds and 3 blocks, capped by a one-handed slam. Teammate Bryce Hopkins added 18 points, 8 rebounds and 3 assists in the loss.

Why it matters: Mark Sears led all scorers with 26 points to power Portland's win. Brazile's line follows a 32-point outing two nights earlier, giving Denver's summer roster back-to-back double-digit scoring nights from its rookie forward even in defeat.

What to watch: Denver's Summer League roster returns to action with Brazile and Hopkins both drawing rotation minutes.
