Really good player that get overshadowed by McBride and MHJ. Happy for him his tape is really strong. Via @danorlovsky7 on X

What happened: Arizona and Michael Wilson agreed to a three-year, $75 million extension that can reach $78 million and runs through 2029. Orlovsky said he was happy to see Wilson rewarded.

Why it matters: The agreement takes Wilson off the 2027 free-agent market before the final year of his rookie contract. Arizona is committing $25 million per added season to retain a key part of its passing game.

By the numbers: The guarantees equal 62.7% of the $75 million base value. Incentives can add another $3 million.

What to watch: Wilson was expected to sign Thursday. Arizona opens the 2026 regular season Sept. 13.
