What happened: Miami moved for Kyle McCord one day after dealing Quinn Ewers to Jacksonville. McCord slots in behind Malik Willis, giving the Dolphins two former Green Bay quarterbacks.

Why it matters: The move restores Miami's backup slot after the Ewers deal. Green Bay gains future draft capital before final roster cuts.

What to watch: McCord's place on Miami's depth chart and his integration into the offense are next to watch.
