What happened: Penn State hosts Purdue on Saturday afternoon at Beaver Stadium, looking to end a four-game losing streak that began with the start of Big Ten play. Both teams are coming off a bye week.

Why it matters: Questions about the stability of the offense have followed quarterback Rocco Becht and head coach Matt Campbell through the skid. Purdue arrives with more offensive momentum, led by running back Fame Ijeboi and quarterback Ryan Browne.

What to watch: Watch whether Penn State's offense improves after the week off, and how a defense anchored by linebacker Tony Rojas handles Purdue's rushing and passing attack.
