What happened: Pro Football Focus highlighted offensive tackle Tristan Wirfs on Thursday for his recent stretch of clean pass protection. The recognition follows his league-leading run of 90 pass-blocking snaps without allowing a pressure.

Why it matters: Sustained pass protection anchors the offensive line during the 2026 regular season and neutralizes opposing edge rushers. Wirfs entered the campaign ranked No. 52 on the NFL Top 100 list after being drafted 13th overall out of Iowa in 2020.

By the numbers: Wirfs recorded a league-high 87.5 pass-blocking grade on Oct. 6 and led all offensive tackles with 90 snaps without a pressure as of Oct. 14.

What to watch: Wirfs will look to extend his pressure-free streak as the 2026 NFL regular season continues.
