What happened: Bleacher Report's Eric Pincus put Naz Reid on the Lakers' wish list in his latest trade idea, citing a recent "issue" involving Reid in Charlotte. Pincus writes that the Lakers do not currently have enough to offer, with the outcome left to be determined at the deadline.

Why it matters: This is Pincus's proposal, not a report of talks between the clubs. The Lakers would need to build a package that Charlotte values before any deal is workable.

What to watch: The trade deadline is the point at which Pincus expects the Lakers' offer to be settled.
