What happened: Los Angeles Lakers rookie guard Cameron Carr praised teammate Luka Doncic, remarking that the superstar operates effectively despite appearing to move in slow motion. Carr also shared that he asked Doncic directly whether a banked-in 3-point attempt was intentional.

Why it matters: Doncic continues to set the tempo for Los Angeles as the team integrates younger rotational pieces. Establishing court chemistry with the franchise playmaker remains a priority for Carr in his first professional season.

What to watch: The Lakers travel to face the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday night, with tipoff scheduled for 10:00 PM ET.
