What happened: The Rams elevated kicker Joshua Karty and long snapper Jake McQuaide from the practice squad on standard elevations. Karty signed with Los Angeles on Oct. 28.

Why it matters: The Rams are 3-4 after a 35-21 win at the Las Vegas Raiders on Oct. 25, their first win in the current streak.

What to watch: Standard elevations last one game, so both players revert to the practice squad afterward unless the Rams add them to the active roster.
