What happened: The Rams welcomed edge rusher Myles Garrett on his first day with the team, captioning the moment "Day 1 went by in a flash." The post follows Cleveland's trade of the All-Pro defender to Los Angeles in exchange for EDGE Jared Verse and a 2027 first-round pick. It is the team's first public look at Garrett in a Rams uniform.

Why it matters: Adding one of the league's most disruptive pass rushers reshapes the Rams' defensive front heading into the 2026 season. Garrett has cited the chance to play alongside Matthew Stafford as a factor in the move, signaling Los Angeles is leaning into a win-now window. The trade also cost the Rams a promising young edge in Verse plus future draft capital.

What to watch: Watch how the Rams integrate Garrett into their defensive rotation and how the front reshapes through the rest of the 2026 offseason.
