What happened: The Texas Rangers marked infielder Cam Cauley's arrival on the big-league roster with an #AllForTX post welcoming him to the majors. Cauley, the organization's No. 13 prospect, earns the call after working his way up through the system's infield pipeline.

Why it matters: A homegrown infield call-up gives Texas a fresh internal option during the 2026 regular season. Reaching for a top-15 prospect signals the front office's willingness to lean on its own depth rather than outside additions.

What to watch: Watch how Texas works Cauley into the infield rotation and whether he holds a spot on the active roster.
