What happened: Jackson provided an update on his recovery Oct. 23 after returning to Ravens practice on Thursday. He first missed practice Oct. 15 with the left ankle issue and was ruled out the next day.

Why it matters: Baltimore dropped a 13-10 decision on Oct. 18 with its starting quarterback sidelined. Having the 2018 first-round draft pick available is central to stabilizing the offense in the regular-season standings race.

By the numbers: Baltimore holds a 4-2 record and the No. 7 seed on a one-game losing streak entering the weekend.

What to watch: The Ravens will confirm Jackson's final active status prior to Sunday's kickoff.
