Quality start 👏 Both Bulls are in the top three, within a tenth of the session leader — three minutes remain in Q1 ⏰ Via @redbullracing on X

What happened: Red Bull Racing clocked two top-three times entering the final three minutes of the opening qualifying segment in Austin. Max Verstappen and Isack Hadjar carried that pace through the rest of qualifying to claim the second and third spots on the starting grid.

Why it matters: Lining up second and third directly behind pole-sitter Charles Leclerc gives Red Bull two cars in the lead pack heading into Turn 1 on Sunday. Lewis Hamilton had topped the third practice session earlier in the day before qualifying fourth.

By the numbers: MSC Cruises United States Grand Prix qualifying top five: 1. Charles Leclerc, 2. Max Verstappen, 3. Isack Hadjar, 4. Lewis Hamilton, 5. Kimi Antonelli.

What to watch: The field takes the grid at Circuit of the Americas for Sunday's race.
