What happened: Edge defender Romello Height rejoined practice Saturday after missing Friday's session with an illness, per Vic Tafur. His return coincided with defensive end Nick Bosa sitting out the day's workout.

Why it matters: Height enters the weekend as the 2026 third-round selection signed to a four-year rookie contract in July after being drafted 70th overall out of Texas Tech. Having the rookie speed rusher back on the field preserves pass-rush depth while Bosa, the second overall pick in the 2019 draft out of Ohio State, misses practice time.

What to watch: Upcoming participation reports and final game-status designations will determine Bosa's availability and Height's snap share in the defensive rotation.
