What happened: Seattle will open rookie running back Jadarian Price's 21-day practice window this week. Macdonald left Price's availability for Monday night against Chicago undecided. Zach Charbonnet is listed Out and inactive.

Why it matters: Seattle sits at 4-3 and eighth in the NFC after a 20-3 win over Kansas City, while Chicago is 5-2 and fifth. Price was the 32nd pick in the 2026 draft out of Notre Dame. Charbonnet ran 184 times for 730 yards and 12 touchdowns in 16 games in 2025 with Seattle.

By the numbers: Charbonnet (2025, 16 games): 184 carries, 730 yards, 12 touchdowns. Seattle: 4-3, W1, 8 seed; last game W 20-3 vs Kansas City on 2026-10-25. Chicago: 5-2, W2, 5 seed; last game W 30-24 vs New England on 2026-10-22.

What to watch: Watch Price's practice participation through the week for a Monday roster decision. Charbonnet's inactive status leaves Seattle's backfield depth as the near-term question.
