What happened: Seven Cleveland Cavaliers players recorded double-digit scoring outputs during Monday's game. That distribution matched the offensive benchmark from last season, when the club posted an 8-0 mark whenever seven or more players reached double figures.

Why it matters: Sharing the scoring load across seven rotation spots eases the burden on primary ball-handlers early in the regular season following the Cleveland floor debut of the roster's newest additions. Sustaining multi-player production gives the second unit a reliable offensive floor.

What to watch: Cleveland takes the floor Wednesday night looking to carry that balanced scoring distribution into its next regular-season contest.
