What happened: L'Jarius Sneed was limited Thursday, while Josh Simmons did not practice. Simmons remains sidelined after carrying a questionable tag earlier this week.

Why it matters: Late-week participation often helps determine whether a player avoids a game-day designation or workload cap. Kansas City carried the same split earlier this week, with Sneed limited and Simmons out, so Friday's report carries added weight.

What to watch: Watch whether Simmons returns in any capacity Friday and whether Sneed can move to full participation. Those checkpoints should sharpen their status heading into Sunday.
