Chiefs' bigger problem is up front, not at receiver

Patrick Mahomes went 19 of 33 for 165 yards and an interception as Kansas City never reached the red zone.

What happened: Kansas City fell 20-3 at Seattle and is reportedly calling around about wide receiver help ahead of the Nov. 10 trade deadline. Rashee Rice is out with a hamstring injury and Tyquan Thornton is on injured reserve with an ankle injury.

Why it matters: The Chiefs managed 213 yards and went 3 of 11 on third down, a line-of-scrimmage problem as much as a receiver one. Left tackle Josh Simmons went on injured reserve with a lower back injury, and Kansas City still holds the No. 1 seed at 5-1.
