What happened: Following Sunday's defeat, head coach Kevin Stefanski expressed confidence that Zachariah Branch, whose role expanded throughout training camp, will rebound from the outing. Stefanski noted that Atlanta had to operate on a silent count despite playing at home and said the team beat itself with miscues.

Why it matters: Publicly endorsing Branch after a difficult afternoon indicates his role in the game plan remains intact. Cleaning up self-inflicted errors and home-field communication issues is an immediate priority for Stefanski's first-year staff.

What to watch: Atlanta returns to practice this week to address its ball security and cadence operation ahead of its next contest.
